Even: Bar complex (clean pull + clean shrug + scare crow + PC) * focus on footwork. Start at 50% of 1RM clean and go up in weight after each set.
Odd: 30 seconds of stretching (Athlete’s choice)

12 DB snatch (50/35)
11 DL (250/170)
10 Sit-ups
