Workout of the Day:
Class divides into 2 groups
Group 1 will perform 8 minute AMRAP of D/B sled push. Every 5 lengths, the whole team will perform 10 air squats.
Group 2 will perform 8 minute AMRAP of rowing. Every 1000 meters, the whole team will perform 5 burpees.
-Rest for 2 minutes then, switch stations to do another 8 minute AMRAP.
