Saute’ 1 onion and garlic (I use the minced garlic in a jar)
Salt & Pepper
Add 2 lbs Ground Beef (or Turkey) and brown
Drain off excess grease
1 head cabbage, cut up small
1 can Rotel (any variation) they have all sorts of flavors now and if you like spicy, go with one of the spicy ones
Put a lid on and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
