Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.


SkinnyFit Classes

We are so excited to announce SkinnyFit powered by The Body Compound. This fat blasting program is designed to sculpt lean muscle while constantly burning calories long after you leave the class! Our intense workouts will shock your body and keep you coming back for more. Check out the class schedule for days and times offered. If current members want to SkinnyFit, no problem, you can use one of your sessions from your BC membership. If this is something you would like to add to your 3x or 2x a week membership, we have a per class charge or punch cards broken into 5, 10 and 20 class cards. If you know of someone else who would be interested that is not a CrossFitter, they can come too….. No Intro or Elements needed.

Just a head up these workouts are still HARD. It is not an easier CrossFit. It will be longer and a more body weight movement focused program and it WORKS!

CrossFit Elements

Participation in CrossFit Elements is a pre-requisite to attend group training sessions. The Body Compound requires that any individual interested in our CrossFit group classes complete our “ELEMENTS” course. The Elements course requires an athlete to attend 3 sessions prior to group CrossFit classes. These sessions will be scheduled with a TBC Coach at your convenience.

CrossFit is a skills-oriented training program that develops a high level of fitness by training constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity. As such, it is necessary to first learn and develop proficiency in the functional movements that are found in our program before increasing the intensity of the workouts. The Elements classes introduce you to CrossFit fundamentals. In addition, they prepare you for moving into group classes by providing you with education and coaching on the basic movements, practice of the movements, and intelligent substitution exercises to suit your specific needs. It is also the safest and surest way that we can help you get started. It is here you will get instruction on the basic movements necessary for reaching peak performance. To ensure individual attention for each participant, enrollment limited to 3 per class.

We focus not only on Elite Fitness, but Elite Nutrition as well. We offer guidance and consulting to help you create the a meal plan to fuel your life—in both your workouts and everyday activities.



Sport/Prep is the principal strength and conditioning program for many young athletes and the primary P.E. program for many home schools and charter schools. It is used by athletic teams, martial arts schools, and many parents that want their kids to grow up healthy, strong, and have a life long love of working out thus avoiding the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.

The Sport/Prep program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. Athletics is a specialized pursuit. Our goal is to support the specialist, but reward the generalist.

Sport/Prep is specifically designed for children and teenagers (6 – 17 years old). There is a vast difference between how children and teenagers and adults build strength. The BC Kids program pays specific attention to these differences and aims to promote fitness at age appropriate levels. Sport/Prep focuses on making fitness FUN. The skills and lessons your children learn in the Sport/Prep classes will carry over to their everyday lives and provide strong building blocks as they grow into young adults.


Ignite is a strength and conditioning program for athletes ages 12-18 years old. The Ignite program focuses on developing proper movement patterns related to strength training and overall athletic performance. Simply stated Ignite builds athletes.


We offer yoga to both members and non members. Our instructors will guide you through an 8-week program to help build on strength and flexibility.

Personal Training

Personal training can be great for customizing your plan to fit your exact needs. Personal training is also a great way to work one-on-one with clients that have special needs or injuries.
